The Village was developed by three different contractors that started in 1984 and was completed as recently as 1999. Basically there are three phases. The first phase were town homes built in 1984, with six different floor plans, a total of 1125 homes were built in this phase.

In the third phase there are 234 homes which were completed in 1999.
