There are 1633 homes in the village, which is a planned unit development (PUD). It's a combination of townhomes and single family residences, from 950 sq. ft. to 2,650 sq. ft.

There are different models, with different floor plans. Six of these models are two-story and all have 2-bedrooms and 2-baths. Some of the larger units have an optional den or third bedroom.

Architecturally, the homes have a Mediterranean flavor and design. The homes are red tile roofed and painted white. Some have fireplaces, open and covered patios. Prices range from $375,000 to $700,000.

The average homeowners fee ranges from $270-$300 per month. This fee covers your use of all the recreational facilities, security, community bus service and other community wide amenities.

The Village maintains all common area lawns, plants and trees. There are many manicured lawns and lush flora and trees throughout. Owners are responsible for maintaining the property inside their property line.
